Cemetery
Directions:
From
Houghton, NY, take Route 19 south. Go approximately 1 mile and
turn right into the cemetery entrance. The entrance road is paved
but the cemetery sign is far from the road and hard to see.
As you
enter the cemetery, take the second dirt path to the left. Go
approximately 200 feet and you will see Robert and Clydice Fiegl's
tombstone on the left.

Cemetery
Directions:
From
Fillmore, NY, take Route 19 north. Go about 2 miles and take a
left onto County Road 3. Go 3.2 miles and turn left at the top of
the hill onto an unmarked stone road. Go 0.2 miles and the
cemetery will be on the left.
Joseph and
Ida Fiegl's tombstone is located near the close corner of the cemetery
as you enter from County Road 3.
Saint Mary's Roman Catholic
Church Cemetery
Directions:
Take
Route 78, Transit Road to East Amherst / Swormville NY. In town, you
will see the St. Mary’s R.C. Church. Going north on 78, take a right
onto Stahley Road. Go 0.5 miles and turn left onto County Road. Go 0.2
miles and the cemetery will be on the right.
George and Anna Marie Fiegl’s tombstone is approximately 15 feet from the ‘St. Mary’s Cemetery’ sign at the closed gate next to the road. Joseph and Magdalena Fiegl’s tombstone is another approximately 150 feet from the road, walking perpendicular to the road from the same ‘St. Marys Cemetery’ sign at the closed gate. The remainder of the Fiegl tombstones are mostly in this same section of cemetery. |
