Death due to heart failure, occurred 8-6-1950 Warsaw, N.Y. m. 1-29-1895 to Florence Edna Hutchinson, b. 6-24-1877 Tp. Orangeville, Wyo. Co., N.Y. dau. of Milo and Artimissa Jones Hutchinson. Tuberculosis caused her death 8-19-51 Mt. Morris, N.Y. Both are interred Portageville, N.Y. Many years of their marriage life was spent on a large farm near Portageville, N.Y. where Walter was known as the “Bean King” because of his success with this particular crop. He was also interested in the movies and for a few years operated a motion picture theatre at Hamburg and Attica, N.Y. They made their home with a son Leslie at Wiscoy, N.Y. after Mrs. Nevinger’s health failed. During this time Walter was employed as a cutter by the American Blue Stone Co. near Portageville, N.Y. Their children are: Vernie, Leo, Kenneth, Onalee and Leslie.
